Body Modification: Can change and modify the bodies of oneself and others down to the genetic level, enhancing physical capabilities, modify it to be able to use certain powers, etc.Medical Intuition: Users has great, if not innate, medical knowledge, enabling them to easily treat others' injuries and create medicines.
Pseudoscience Weaponry: Users can create weaponry capable of impossible feats and actions regardless whether they be scientifically possible or not. Enhanced/ Supernatural Inventing/ Omnifabrication: Invent scientifically complex machinery, electronics, devices, gadgetry, or weaponry. Enhanced Adroitness: Users can precisely control their prehensile body parts, effectively manipulating any object, with grace, ease, strength, speed, precision, and skill. Disguise Mastery: Sometimes mad scientists disguise themself for hiding their identity. Biological Manipulation: Users can manipulate life on a cellular level, including but not limited to, genetic alterations and physical distortion and/or augmentations of biological functions. Mad scientists may be villainous (evil geniuses) or antagonistic, benign or neutral for good reasons but some may be benevolent with good-spirited intentions, even if their actions are dangerous or questionable, which can make them accidental villains, but they do have the best interests at heart. 
The user is a Mad Scientist, a scientist that dabbles in pseudoscience or performs very unethical/crazy experiments, the main reason why they are considered as "mad" or "insane" for good reason sometimes for the dangerous pursuit in attempting to play God with their science that can break the laws of physics/nature or to simply rule over the people who fail to recognize or value the life they treat as nothing more then subjects to prove their corrupt and wrapped intelligence.
